Paco Tallón was born in a municipality called Algarinejo located in the west of Granada in 1936. At the age of 7 he went to live with his uncles in Loja and there he learned contact with a healthy life, how to grow and preserve food throughout the year .




At the age of 17, he traveled to Barcelona because of his entrepreneurial spirit and desire for prosperity for him and his entire family. He starts working in a German grocery store. He saves enough money to be able to start his first restaurant in Olesa de Montserrat in 1961, soon after he is able to bring his parents and eight siblings to Olesa. Paco marries Carmen, and together they start several food and catering businesses, one of them "La Cabaña" famous for its grilled seafood and rabbit with garlic.




The recipe has taken him about 5 years to develop. His passion for natural products and healthy eating since childhood makes him have his own garden and grow his own food, including his well-known tomatoes, which over the years he has perfected the seed and the variety with an intense flavor and delicious on the palate. With these tomatoes he made preserves and thus be able to enjoy their flavor throughout the year. All this led him to want to make a healthy product, with that powerful flavor, since it is a very present product in our kitchen and versatile.
