Bell’Assai, Vittoria DOC Frappato 2021, DONNAFUGATA, light and fruity red wine

Coming from the South-East of Sicily, this light and fruity red wine is produced by TENUTA DI DONNAFUGATA, embodying the artisanal and creative excellence of Made in Sicily in the world.
 Vinification and aging: Fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for approximately 8-9 days at a temperature of 24-25°C, and aging in steel tanks for 4 months then in bottle for at least 6 months, helps preserve the freshness and floral and fruity character of the Frappato.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright ruby ​​red color with purple reflections. –Nose: Floral notes of roses and lavender followed by fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry. –Palate: On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant with supple tannins and a pleasant return of fruity notes.
 Aging potential: 3-4 years Recommended serving temperature: 15-16°C Food/wine pairings: Grilled vegetables, fish dish in sauce, creamy soup, tuna sushi.
