Since 1996 and in the continuity of family know-how, our company Pâtes Fabre has offered a range of organic pastas.
This range certified by Ecocert is made up of around fifteen references available in bags or in bulk.
After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our pasta is produced by hand in accordance with the purest tradition, by rolling or extrusion then drying at low temperature for a long time. Vegetables and spices, entirely natural, bring flavors, smells and colors to vary the pleasures. The ultra-fast cooking of our laminated doughs (2 to 4 minutes) helps to make them different. Our short pasta cooks quickly (6 to 8 minutes).
