100% French dry pasta but different from those you already know because it is made from soft wheat (a more pronounced taste, a quick cooking of 3/4 minutes), spelled (rich in fiber, gluten more easily assimilated) or rye (original and tasty), so let yourself be tempted!
2 watchwords:
- ARTISANAL because the production is homemade with a preparation and bagging by hand. The choice of recyclable packaging is also an important step for the Factory!
- LOCAL with the selection of cereals from Hauts de France or neighboring regions which are transformed into flour in a mill located 10 km from the Factory.
