Organic Guar Gum - 100g

Guar gum is a vegetable binding agent that is used for ice cream, sauces and cosmetic products. The binding agent can also be found in the list of ingredients under the E number 412. Planet Nature's organic guar gum is made from the seeds of the Cyamopsis tetragonolobus tree. The agriculture is ecologically sustainable Use: Stir 1/2 teaspoon of organic guar gum into 100ml sauce or 200ml soup. For cold dishes: stir in and allow to swell briefly. For warm dishes: stir in before cooking and bring to the boil briefly. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts, sesame and soy due to production.
