Allpeco comes from Allpa (earth in Quechua) and ecology. Our mission is to promote the work of coffee producers and to encourage practices that are more respectful of the environment (organic farming, agroforestry). Our coffees are certified organic and come from small producers guaranteeing them a fairer remuneration.
Our producers cultivate their coffee trees under shade in order to preserve biodiversity and conserve the soil. Our coffees are roasted by hand on demand in the roasting workshop located in Saint Thuriau near Pontivy (56) in Morbihan.
