XORIEN MAITE - Sweet and sour candied purple figs - 100g

The sweetness of the purple fig from the Basque Country, the crunchiness of the apple and the acidity of the vinegar. This recipe goes wonderfully with foie gras, duck breast, grilled blood sausage or even cheese. A little aperitif idea: in a pintxo with goat cheese and Bayonne ham.
