La Délicatesse is a young local and artisanal brewery located in Nancy, in the North-East of France.
Since its creation in 2020, our beers have been a great success and their notoriety continues to increase thanks to the work of Thomas, founder and passionate brewer, and his delicate crew.
➨ Among our range of delicate beers, there is something for everyone: a light and refreshing White (La Fine), more or less flavored Blondes (La Blonde, La Pure), a sweet and light Amber (La Ambrée) , bitter but not too bitter IPAs (La Subtile, La Houblonnée) and an American Amber Ale that takes us on a journey (La Délicate).
➨ Our craft beers present a clever cocktail balanced between a controlled alcohol level (not exceeding 6° alcohol), a present but not very heady bitterness and flavors to spare (bergamot lemon, ginger, sesame, citrus fruits, turmeric and more if we hit it off…) !
➨ This year, our brewery received remarkable distinctions in the brewing world:
- La Subtile, our IPA beer, and La Succulente, our Belgian Ale beer, both won the silver medal at the Lyon International Beer Competition;
- La Délicate, our American Amber Ale, won the gold medal at the Womens International Trophy.
Our challenge is simple: to please and surprise so that the taste experience becomes a journey to the land of delight!
