Café 366 like the 366 days of a world tour on the coffee route which brought me to meet industry players from different countries. These field experiences have given me a culture of the world of coffee that allows me to buy a quality raw material that respects the environment and people and has full traceability. The green grains, some organic and bought directly from the producer, are processed by craftsmen in a collaborative workshop in Paris with respect for the product and the work of the producer. Whether they are affordable or more complex, they are all terroir coffees, 100% Arabica high altitudes whose roasting reveals their flavors and aromas. Café 366 is awarded the 2021 "Made in Paris" label.
