For the Nikolaou family, cooking is more than just a family affair. Originally from Kyrtoni, a mountainous village north of Athens, sisters Maria and Dina Nikolaou had no idea that they would write a family story together in Paris, where they export the cuisine of their native country. Yet cooking has always been a key part of their family.
To bring Greece home, Evi Evane has several caterers in Paris. The first establishments opened in 2011 on rue Saint Placide. Around ten years later, other boutiques designed by the architectural firm Atelier Cali have been added to the Parisian list: rue Condorcet in 2021, rue du Commerce in 2022 and rue de Bretagne in early 2023. In these lively and residential neighborhoods, Evi Evane comes to offer her delicacies, small dishes and sandwiches to take away. All 100% homemade, without frozen foods, additives or colorings, by a partly Greek team, passionate about cooking.
