Each dried fruit comes from a partnership which secures producers' income via long-term contracts and a guaranteed minimum purchase price. 

In addition, social development funds are intended for producers, their families and seasonal workers. •100% organic farming production, to respect health and the environment. 

A process to support producers is in place: agronomic techniques in organic farming while respecting the environment, equipment with sorting and hulling tools to promote their independence. 

Each dried fruit is traced to the production plot. In addition, for each dried fruit, producers work on areas of continuous improvement: agroforestry for cashew nuts, varietal diversification for almonds and hazelnuts. 

These agronomic practices make it possible to develop the sustainability of systems and introduce more biodiversity. In California, 10,000 to 15,000 m3 of water per HA are used in the production of almonds, which is equivalent to 1.7 to 2.5 liters of water PER ALMOND!
