Plein D'Vie is a craft company based in Kembs in the Haut Rhin in the south of Alsace on the border with Germany and Switzerland.
It was born out of a passion; that of Sébastien for living food, well-being, health, sharing and better living.
Trained cook Sébastien, has always been driven by the pleasure of delighting the taste buds of those who tasted his dishes, but his curiosity led him to take an interest in new ways of consuming and cooking; less processed, more natural, healthier and more alive.
He became acquainted with sprouted seeds, an incredible source of vegetable proteins with macro and micro nutrients.
This is how he develops the Green'Gnola.
Values that can be summed up in a few words: organic, vegetal, raw, respect for life, healthy.
