I created Bonheur et papilles 6 years ago, with the desire to share my gluten-free recipes (I myself have been intolerant for 14 years) and to offer quality products (without additives, colorings...)handcrafted and in collaboration with local stakeholders. ( raw materials: oils, eggs, drinks, sauces, fruits and vegetables....,but also label printing, graphics, kitchen equipment...).
👩🍳 I develop and cook recipes ranging from breakfast to dinner to snacks.
👉Discover my sweet and savory biscuits, mixtures of dried fruits (which I roast for more flavors) and seeds, gourmet bars (great for athletes and to start the day off right), salty and sweet granolas, including one without sugar added but just as delicious, sweet "ready to cook" (baking aids, desserts) or as a main course (risotto) with "homemade" dehydrated local vegetables!
All my products are cooked as much as possible with local and/or fair trade raw materials, all labeled AB.
You will have understood, my motivation is taste, craftsmanship and transparency.
