I created Bonheur et papilles 5 years ago, with the desire to share my gluten-free recipes (myself intolerant for 14 years) and to offer quality products, (without additives, dyes, etc.) artisanally and in collaboration with local actors. (raw materials: oils, eggs, drinks, sauces, fruits and vegetables...., but also label printing, graphics, kitchen equipment...).
👩🍳 I develop and cook recipes ranging from breakfast to dinner and snacks.
👉 Discover my sweet and salty cookies, mixes of dried fruits (which I roast for more flavors) and seeds, gourmet bars (top for athletes and to start the day off right), salty and sweet granolas, including one without added sugar but just as delicious, sweet "ready to cook" (pastry help, desserts) or as a dish (risotto) with "homemade" dehydrated local vegetables!
All my products are cooked as much as possible with local raw materials and/or fair trade, all labeled AB.
As you will have understood, my motivation is taste, craftsmanship and transparency.
