A sake made from the ancient Omachi rice variety, with a deep taste, and fermented alongside the famous Bizen pottery! The nose is intense, with honey and dried flowers, and also an iodized side. The mouth is soft on the attack. There are aromas of soy sauce, cocoa and popcorn, somewhat reminiscent of aged sake. A slight bitterness is felt on the finish, accompanied by notes of popcorn and persimmon. This is a Junmai with a nice length and power, and which remains very fresh at the same time. Alcohol content: 15.5% Serve chilled (12°C) in a wine glass. Pairing ideas: Caramelized pork with fragrant rice, tuna steak in tomato sauce.
