Brasserie Les Danaïdes in Saint-Genis-Laval (69), specializing in Season-style beers. Acidic, bitter, strong or light, dry beers that quench your thirst. With ever more creative and unexpected beer recipes, the French and international Craft scene has fascinated us for many years. But by dint of tasting and brewing a multitude of styles, each more eccentric than the next, a family of beers won us over: the rustic beers, and more precisely the Saisons.
