It is in the ancient history of Central Tunisia, in the city of Byzacium, that our extra virgin quality olive oil was born. Since -202 BC. JC, the unique know-how of the region has evolved to guarantee you an authentic and exceptional product, respecting the wealth, tradition and development of the land. It is from these riches and this tradition that Byzacia products draw their qualities and their unique flavor. To date, we offer:
- 5L container of Extra Virgin olive oil (acidity < 0.3) - 250ml bottle of flavored olive oil (red pepper, green pepper, lemon, mandarin and pistachio)
- Dried tomato, 1Kg vacuum bag and small packaging prepared with our Extra Virgin oil - Rosemary - Tapenade
