Preparation of mountain honey and Aji Lemon pepper

Preparation based on mountain honey harvested in the Hautes-Alpes and “Aji Lemon” peppers - or Lemon Drop - grown in France. Éedition in collaboration with Matshi, the hot sauce by The Social Food.   Aji Lemon is a fairly hot pepper with a citrus and lemon flavor. 
We combined it with fir honey with notes of candied fruit and maple syrup. 
A very balanced marriage that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of Aji Lemon pepper. HASuse as a topping on cheese, pizza, pies and toast. 
But also as a dessert with ice cream, whipped cream, cottage cheese or fruit.
