Our Dry Sausage: a unique product Our dry sausage is an artisanal product made exclusively from Nebrodi Black Pig meat, a native Sicilian breed raised in freedom in the Nebrodi mountains. The natural diet of grasses, roots and acorns gives the meat an intense and aromatic taste. The artisanal production, which involves medium chopping and slow maturing, enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the meat.
