When the two friends Louis and Guillaume created the biscuit factory in 2012, they were keen to advocate ultra-local sourcing to offer food that was as simple as it was delicious.

This is how we chose French, or even regional, ingredients, as is the case with wheat flour. •A cookie good for the planet. 

What is the recipe for a planet-score B? 

First, we replaced conventional cane sugar with organic, French beet sugar. 

This makes it possible to relocate production as close as possible and to switch to a crop using neither pesticides nor synthetic fertilizers.   In addition, the butter is now organic: the conventional butter sector is opaque and not very traceable, it is difficult to obtain information on production methods. 

Switching our butter to organic guarantees compliance with specifications and better cow breeding conditions. •Mini cookies: a new format. 

This mini cookie format is brand new.

The same recipe as the large format cookies for a one-bite treat.
