"Sapori Vesuviani" is a biodynamic family farm run with passion by Pasquale Imperato. It is located on the slopes of the volcano, in the Vesuvius National Park, a treasure chest of typicality where the typical product par excellence is represented by the Piennolo del Vesuvio D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) and Vesuvius Apricot.

The company specializes in the recovery of agricultural production typical of the Vesuvius area intended for artisanal transformation, reconciling ancient peasant traditions with innovation in order to obtain high quality, healthy and genuine products with respect for nature. Everything that the earth offers according to the "seasonality" is produced by us, transformed and preserved with care and passion for the tables of all those who have the pleasure of rediscovering the "flavors of the past".

The quality of the raw materials, harvested at the right maturation and preserved naturally, as well as the extremely scrupulous processing methods, ensure the birth of a product of excellence.

Piennolo del Vesuvio D.O.P cherry tomatoes, Vesuvius apricots, vegetables, jams, syrups, pickles, fruit juices, ready-made sauces and purées are the delicacies produced in the company, strongly committed to building a short supply chain from field to table.

The Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio D.O.P is presented in a new gift packaging, designed and patented by Pasquale Imperato, first classified in Campania and national finalist in the Oscar Green 2011 Competition.
