The Blasi agricultural company is located in Grottaglie in Puglia, produces following the techniques of organic and regenerative agriculture which provides agricultural practices that are absolutely respectful of the environment, which are based on the regeneration of the soil.
The company allocates part of its harvest to the transformation of products, such as fruit jams from fruit trees of ancient trees present in the company's gardens and not from intensive cultivation. The grape fruit juice of the typical Regginone di Grottaglie variety, a rich juice with nourishing and beneficial properties as well as a unique and intense flavour. Extra virgin olive oil, from typical local cultivars, fragrant and rich in polyphenyls given by the richness of biodiversity present in the soil.
The company produces a biodiverse vegetable garden from seeds reproduced on the farm, with ancient and rare varieties of tomatoes, aubergines and pumpkins. Finally, the characteristic wild caper plants from which the cans of Capperoi di Civatora are produced, a typical indication of the district in which the company is located.
