In our distillery we use hand-picked fruits from Obsthof Zott and distill them into fine distillates.
Already in 2002 we were able to integrate and found the distillery into the family business of the Obsthof Zott. Katharina Zott, a doctor of oenology, has been in charge of the distillery since 2009 and has already won a number of coveted industry awards with her outstanding distillates.
We achieve the exceptional quality of the spirits and their success through quality-awarded cultivation, the use of fruit that is only ripe on the tree and harvested by hand and careful selection before firing.
In addition to our own fruit, we always dare to try new distillates, such as cucumber, organic juniper or bitter orange.
