Tim, brewer since 2016, embarked on the Gipsy adventure in September 2019. He navigates among various colleagues allowing him to brew his beers over the months.
The Craft approach of the brewery fits perfectly into this philosophy: real beers,
without concession, brewed by passion and desire to share!
But since January 2022 the adventure has taken a new turn: joined by Arsène, the brewery has moved to Saint Martin d'Hères, just next to Grenoble. A large space for production, a new canning machine to take out cans of madness, a reception area with a super pallet bar. Arav' can even accommodate its own gipsies today!
