Au Comtois Courtois is a family, artisanal business located in the village of Montrond (39–Jura) in the Franche Comté region. Region renowned for its gastronomy and its products. The terroirs of Franche Comté offer staple foods of all kinds throughout the seasons. It is with these products that we produce most of our jams.
Véronique prepares the jams, with the complicity of a few grannies who advise her and reveal their secrets of the recipes of yesteryear.
They are manufactured in a room provided for this purpose. They cook quietly in red copper basins. Our jams are free of colorants and preservatives.
We make them in small series, with the greatest care.
