Organic* Green Curry - Tin

This blend is inspired by Thai green curry pastes. Lots of freshness thanks to coriander leaves, kaffir lime and lemongrass. Ideal for a coconut milk curry, to sprinkle on fish, to flavor sauces, broths. Kitchen tip: infuse it in an oil that you can keep for a very long time. This scented oil will be very practical on fish, vegetables or to flavor a vinaigrette. The production of our green curry is done in our workshop in Ancenis: roasting, grinding and mixing. Our boxes are made of tinplate and have a double lid to preserve the aromas.
