Iranian blue salt - Adjustable grinder

Blue salt is a rock salt, extracted from mines in northern Iran formed 100 million years ago. It is the potassium that gives it this azure blue that delights the eyes! This salt with a strong salty power crunches under the tooth, then leaves spicy notes on the finish. It can be used for any occasion, on the plate, on vegetables, fish, meat. Avoid cooking it so as not to lose its crunch! Our salt mills are adjustable (2 different grinds) and rechargeable.
