Zahtar - Iron box

"Zahtar" means "thyme" in Arabic, but it is also a mixture of herbs and spices typical of Lebanese cuisine and mezes. Roundness in the mouth thanks to sesame and freshness with mint and sumac. Quite simply with bread and olive oil or with fresh goat cheese. Also ideal with hummus, in a salad of raw vegetables and feta, oven-roasted vegetables. The manufacture of this mixture is done in our workshop in Ancenis: roasting, grinding and mixing. Our boxes are made of tinplate and have a double lid to preserve the aromas.
