Our purebred pigs are born and raised on the farm according to a natural and reasoned method, in a certified PDO quality approach, in perfect harmony with our ecosystem. They roam in large expanses of natural meadows and woods, where they find good delicacies according to the seasons: clover, healthy hay, acorns and other resources of the environment, many earthworms and molluscs which they search in the ground. Our breeding blends into a preserved environment where the pigs grow at their own pace to develop well-marbled meat and a unique quality of fat for exceptional flavors.
