Following a year and a half traveling through the farms of Aveyron and Auvergne, in search of the best local products, we opened the website www.cote2boeuf.fr to allow as many people as possible, thanks to home delivery, to access these exceptional products.


After several years of collaborating with these artisan farmers, and after being honored with the title of Best Online Butchery in 2019 by 60 Million Consumers, we decided to embark on the adventure of production ourselves.


At the beginning of 2023, we inaugurated our own curing workshop, in which we make nitrite-free charcuterie, according to the most authentic traditions, from farms selected in Aveyron, with the only ingredients: meat, Guérande salt and Kampot pepper IGP.


We also launched our Popines, thin slices of nitrite-free cold cuts carefully sliced ​​and vacuum-packed in small glass jars that are completely recyclable and can be stored for 3 months at room temperature. 
A process that allows you to have thin slices of cold meats ready to use as soon as you open the jar, Pop and it's ready!


Sausage, dry sausage, coppa, lonzo, ham nuts, dried Aubrac beef, nitrite-free charcuterie in whole pieces or already sliced ​​into Popines, to create quality charcuterie platters in the blink of an eye.
