I am a craftsman, manufacturer.
Installed since November 2016 in the town of
Sanxay in the departments of Vienne.
These products were born from a transmission, a
know-how, from my grandmothers and the
people around me.
The raw materials I use come from
farms located within a radius of 25 km around the place of manufacture. (except for confectionery)
All are part of an agricultural approach
reasoned, natural treatments are preferred.
The recipes are made only with products
fresh and with no unnatural additives.
I work alone and I do everything by hand
