Cooked as a condiment or vegetable, this plant offers a sweet and pleasantly spicy floral note. Its smell and aroma are very similar to those of garlic but are less intense and therefore more delicate. It brings a spring freshness to dishes. To be eaten raw in salads, it can also be prepared in soup or sauce (pesto, yogurt...).
