This wine then benefits from a significant 24-month aging on lees in our underground cellars: this choice quality allows us to obtain a great finesse of bubbles and an aromatic elegance. This original blend of Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay offers a bubble of character with exceptional freshness. TASTING Colour: Pale yellow with green highlights, fine bubbles Nose: The delicate effervescence carries airy aromas that leave an impression of freshness: green apple Palate: Notes of lime and citrus give the palate a slightly tart side.
