This wine then benefits from a significant 24-month aging on lees in our underground cellars: this choice quality allows us to obtain a great finesse of bubbles and an aromatic elegance. This original blend of Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay offers a bubble of character with exceptional freshness.
