Malvern Cello #1 - Lemon & Pink Grapefruit

Malvern Cello #1 is bursting with Italian lemons with a hint of pink grapefruit and a carefully balanced sweetness. A premium fruit liqueur (24% vol), inspired by authentic Limoncello recipes... Italian lemon peel is steeped in our neutral spirit to create a luscious base. Pink grapefruit and lemon peel are then separately distilled using Holywell Malvern Spring Water, before being blended with the newly created base lemon spirit. The resulting spirit is carefully sweetened to create a perfectly balanced flavour profile – not too sweet, not too sharp. A 100% handcrafted and authentic liqueur, that’s full of flavour and adaptable in how it can be enjoyed depending upon your mood. The gin comes in a 50cl bottle, 24% vol.
