In his native Vaucluse, Rémy Pasquet is not yet making a living from his passion... But even if he has kept a job, he devotes all his free time to brewing. Evenings, weekends, during the holidays and tirelessly, our neo-brewer gives everything to offer beautiful quality craft beers. In this adventure, he can count on the village of Cairanne which gives him all its confidence and relies on its quality products. A local beer is something to be pampered, so there's no question of letting it work in the shadows, in bad conditions. Thus, the municipality recently made a room available to it. All the conditions are therefore met for Rémy to achieve the objective he has set himself: to offer quality beers without fuss, with a pronounced convivial character. The name of his brasserie, Le Nectar d'Armand, refers to the hospitality of his great-grandfather. He always saw the portrait of his grandfather, which now adorns the labels of his beers, at his parents' house and was keen to give a family dimension to his project.
