Tapenade of black olives with a significant contribution of figs which gives it a sweet/salty taste. A black olive jam for an aperitif or for cheese. Accompaniment(s): As an aperitif, on toast, with slices of goat cheese for example. This tapenade can also be used as a condiment, with duck breast. For drinks, both dry and sweet or sweet wines.
