Our story has its origins in distant lands, a natural paradise in Central America, Honduras. A romantic story that begins with a special woman, Eydi Amador and is lost in the magical moments of his childhood linked to the memory of Platano Chips.
Eydi falls in love, moves and gets married in Italy, where he has lived for over 30 years. Cooking, which has always been her passion, pushes her to identify a formula capable of capturing the best of the two cultures that coexist in her, producing the fantastic Tajaditas with only 100% olive oil.

Started as a family game, so tasty and creative, it involved everyone who chose to try it.
