We are a small farm in the heart of Puglia, precisely in the Dauni mountains, dedicated to growing wheat for generations. If there is something we know how to do well, that is wheat; just that grain that we use to produce our artisanal Granaio Pugliese pasta.
Our farm does not use "glyphosate" in the cultivation of durum wheat which is used to produce Granaio Pugliese artisan pasta.
Furthermore, thanks to its craftsmanship, due to slow drying and low temperatures, Granaio Pugliese pasta has a high roughness that allows it to retain all types of condiments as well as excellent resistance to cooking.
Our work leads us to work in close contact with nature, respecting and loving it. For this reason we strongly wanted a biodegradable packaging. In fact, both the packaging and the label are in biodegradable material to minimize the environmental impact.
