We are an Organic pasta company based in Mylor in Cornwall.
Only the finest Organic Flour and unique Organic Cornish ingredients make it into our pastas.
Cornwall Pasta Co was born from the vision of Chef Nicholas Egan who spent part of his career working in the region of Campania, Italy.
His dream was to create a British pasta company using the very best produce to create fine pasta in the UK.
In February 2020 Cornwall Pasta Co became a reality and started to produce pastas utilising and experimenting with Organic and Cornish ingredients.
We are proud to state we have been plastic free from the beginning, our environment has always played a huge part in our decision making here on the farm.
