Genuinely if you haven’t tried Yorkshire Pasta you need to! I didn’t know dried pasta could taste this good! And it soaks up the sauce way better than mass manufactured pasta as it is made slowly & authentically to allow for the flavours to properly develop. Vegan, free from preservatives and they make an effort to be more sustainable: sourcing the flour from a local mill, using green energy, feeding any food waste to cattle and selling the pasta in 100% recyclable paper packaging!
