Following the traditional Italian method and recipe and the selection of top quality raw materials, we are dedicated to making artisanal egg pasta with hard grain semolina. Natural, without preservatives or colorants. We work with our quality product, drawn to bronze in order to achieve a porous texture ideal to combine with sauces. We also incorporate other ingredients in our recipes such as beets, spinach or natural quinoa that provide a greater number of nutrients.
