Kampot Rouge long pepper

Long pepper that is only harvested when the berries are ripe and red. Nice sharpness. Kampot Rouge long pepper has a complex aroma of dried red berries, cardamom and nutmeg. Goes very well with cheese, vegetables, fruits and chocolate. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
