Avallen is the new generation Calvados marked by the freshness and crunch of the apple.
Avallen was born from the desire to offer a committed spirit, having a positive impact on our planet. Produced only with apples, water and patience, Calvados Avallen is an entirely natural product that contains no additives or added sugars. Avallen is a fresh and fruity spirit that proudly asserts a taste profile resolutely marked by apple.
Floral and fruity, Avallen is the breath of fresh air in Calvados. It is a delicious and versatile spirit designed to be mixed. Avallen allows you to revisit all your classics, starting simply with your favorite Tonic.
TECHNICAL SHEET
Origin: France, Normandy
Base: water and apples (70% bitter and bitter-sweet apples, 20% sweet and 10% sour) Fermentation: natural without adding yeast
Alembic: distillation in a column still
Aging 2 years in French oak barrels
TASTING NOTES
Nose: floral notes and fresh apples, honeysuckle
Mouth: rich, crunchy, with a hint of vanilla pastry cream.
Finish: persistent and greedy finish, caramelized apples.
CONSUMPTION SUGGESTED
Pure or in a cocktail, simply lengthened with a Tonic
