The bubble has held no secrets for the Bouché family since 1920, when the great-grandfather started making Champagne with his son Pierre.
Bruno, current winemaker and his wife Bernadette decide to research the origin of sparkling wines and champagne. They then settled in 1989 in the region of Limoux.
Today, the three brothers Guillaume, Valentin and Paul take care of their beautiful heritage and continue to produce delicious Crémants de Limoux on 50 hectares of vines.
