The 3 Croquants adventure begins with an internship in a micro brewery in southern Quebec. A crush that will push Emmanuel Cailler to brew as an amateur in his kitchen to learn the basic techniques and develop his first recipes.
A few years later, he was hired for two years in a brewery in South London. From amateur to professional a world of difference! The experience is extraordinary because the English capital is experiencing the explosion of the craft revolution.
It was in 2016 that the Brasserie des 3 Croquants opened its doors in Boulazac in Périgord, a land of history and gastronomy. The whole family was involved in helping to create and carry out the project. A real team effort!
