The JAVA brewery is an Ardèche craft brewery created in 2016 under the Nature&Progrès label (which means that all our raw materials are AB and that the entire manufacturing process is monitored and has little impact from an environmental point of view).
Initially installed in our vaulted stone cellar, we moved to a building that we acquired with three other production workshops (delicatessen, bakery, chocolate factory). We now offer beers whose fermentation takes place exclusively in a fermenter (isobarometric), guaranteeing better stability and more rigorous temperature control. Because we are artisans, our range evolves according to the demand of our customers.
We currently offer 11 different types of beer, from blonde Pils or Pale Ale, to amber, IPA, Triple etc. as well as ephemeral brews in a UNIQUE FORMAT of 50cl.
Selling directly and locally until recently, we are keen to keep in touch with our resellers and to share your expectations and those of your customers.
