Located in the Vendée bocage, our brewery opens its doors in June 2014. Installed in the heart of the family farm of La Muette and using cereals grown on the farm, its name is already found, it will be La Ferme-Brasserie La Muette .
A blend of modernity and tradition, our beers are inspired by ancestral traditional methods but also by the new global Craft beer wave. We brew beers on lees from malts, hops, yeasts and water. Without additives, without preservatives, our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized.
