Our family business brings together French producers whose downgraded fruits from eco-responsible agriculture are transformed into purees and juices without added sugar in our workshop in Sarthe.
Gautier is:
- A family adventure that began in 1948 and has combined French expertise and a love of fruit for three generations.
-100% natural production, with no added sugar: fruit and only fruit!
-Sizes adapted to your needs: 25cl, 1l, 5l or 10l for juices. 140g, 500g jars, 3kg and 5kg pouches for purees.
-Fruits from product downgrades: “ugly but tasty.”
-Pasteurized products: a shelf life of 12 to 24 months (and 2 weeks after opening).
Beyond that:
- Our workshops handle the entire production chain: from harvesting to sorting to refining, from packaging to transportation. Flexibility and reliability.
-We ensure a circular economy: nothing is lost, everything is transformed (production waste is transformed into methane and glass is recycled).
-We favor short supply chains and are committed to fair remuneration for our partner producers.
-Our environmental commitment is at the heart of our thinking: we have already installed nearly 200 birdhouses and around a hundred beehives on our farms.
