Gin "Fallen Angel"

For this gin it is a base of London Dry Gin, then a second distillation is carried out by adding a LOT of citrus fruits (Grapefruit, Bergamot, Citron). Once the various distillations have been carried out, we have made a plant infusion (blue butterfly tea). The latter gives the blue color to the product, and when you dilute your gin with a lemonade or a tonic, your cocktail will turn from blue to pink! Magic! and completely natural.
