Pip & Nut was founded in 2015. At the time, its founder Pip Murray was training for the Paris marathon and was looking for the right food to support her in her training. Peanuts are known as a tasty, protein-rich source of energy, but why did all existing peanut butters contain unhealthy ingredients like palm oil and sugar? Pip took matters into his own hands and started making his own. All she needed? Premium peanuts and a pinch of sea salt. Le résultat ? Smoother, creamier, and tastier natural peanut butters. 10 years later, Pip & Nut has put the peanut back at the centre of nutrition, as the UK's leading peanut butter brand. Today, it is Belgium's turn to discover the range.
Pip & Nut is launching in Belgium with six new products: three peanut butters, one almond butter and two oat bars filled with peanut butter. The brand is B Corp certified and its founder, Pip Murray, who sits on the board of B Lab in the UK, was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024 by The Grocer.
Their peanut butters are made from just two ingredients: peanuts and sea salt. So. Their secret? It's all about peanuts. They only source the best peanuts they can find. Pip & Nut only uses naturally sweet, single-origin, high-oleic peanuts from Argentina – there are no better peanuts for peanut butter. For their almond butters, they select only 4 of the 50 varieties of almonds to make the Pip & Nut recipe, thus guaranteeing a rich and creamy flavor.
As for their line of filled oat bars, they're packed with the same award-winning peanut butter. These baked oat bars are high in fiber, contain 6g of plant-based protein, and use only natural ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, they can also be enjoyed as an ideal snack to give you energy mid-morning or in the afternoon.
After taking the UK by storm, Pip & Nut is now bringing its healthy peanut butters and snacks to Belgium to help more people find a more natural way to incorporate peanuts into their diet.
